Daily Program Structure

8:00
School is open, a teacher is receiving children for Early Drop Off.
*Please note Early Drop Off is pre-arranged and there is a fee for this*

8:30
Regular registration drop-off starts, and the 3-hour Montessori Work cycle begins.

9:30
All children have arrived, and the door is locked. The classroom is a hive of activity.

8:30 to 11:00
Morning refreshment is available to the children. This is morning snack. It is available to the children as many times as they would like, and is open all morning.

11:30
Morning Meeting
Songs, stories, themes, or discussion time. (Tuesdays/Wednesdays are Music days, Friday/Monday is Yoga).

12:00
Lunch Time

12:30
Children start clearing their lunch spots.
Transition to washroom and getting ready for playground.
Napping children try the washroom and find their rest mats.

1:00
Leave for the playground.
Napping children stay behind with a teacher. 
Napping children are awakened to at 1:50 to join the children at the park.

Afternoon refreshment

3:30
Children for afternoon circle time (songs stories and games).

4:00
Afternoon chores are done to get our classroom ready for the next day.  Shelf tidy, mat rolling, folding laundry.

Free Play items come out until the end of the day.  

5:30
The Centre is closed for the day.
